Australia’s top tennis player Alex de Minaur and British player Katie Boulter announced their engagement just in time for the Christmas holidays. The two have long been one of the most popular tennis couples, and now they are apparently planning to tie the knot.
Alex de Minaur and Katie Boulter have been together for almost five years.
In 2024, both of them had the most successful seasons of their careers.
Alex de Minaur finished in the top 10 for the first time after winning the titles at the ATP 500 Abierto Mexicano TELCEL Presentado Por HSBC in Acapulco and ATP 250 Libema Open, but also reached the quarter-finals of the French Open / Roland Garros, Wimbledon, and the US Open, as well as ATP Masters 1000 Paris and Monte-Carlo. He also was the runner-up at the ATP 500 ABN AMRO Open.
On the other hand, Katie Boulter went into Top 25 for the first time in her career. During the season, she won the titles at the WTA 500 Cymbiotika San Diego Open and WTA 250 Rothesay Open Nottingham. Moreover, she was the runner-up at the WTA 250 Prudential Hong Kong Tennis Open and played in the semi-finals of the WTA 500 Toray Pan Pacific Open Tennis.
